Delivery time | Current estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days for DPD, haulier/pallet deliveries are 3-4 working days. Orders placed after 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

DPD deliveries: | Tracking information will be sent to you via text or email generated by the DPD delivery portal as and when your order has been dispatched. Failed deliveries will be re-attempted on one further occasion on behalf of DPD. If this were to fail again, the items will be returned to sender where we will issue you a refund for your goods, excluding any outbound & inbound delivery charges for the consignment being returned to

Haulier/Palletised deliveries: Large palletised orders may incur additional delivery charges. Please enquire for more information. Tracking information will be available upon request after dispatch of the order.
Out of stock items | If any of your ordered items become out of stock, we will let you know immediately and offer an alternative, refund, or estimated time of delivery of the replenished stocks.
Customer collections | If you have placed an order with us for collection via telephone, email or online click & collect, we will update you with an order confirmation and follow up notification of when your goods are ready for collection. Additionally, please feel free to give us a call to check on the status of your order.
