Returns Policy.

We hope that you'll be delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product, you can return it to us in accordance with our returns policy.

If you have any issues or problems with any goods you receive from R+R packaging Ltd, we will be more than happy to help please do not hesitate to contact us:

You can return products to us within 7 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange, providing that the product is in its original state.

Food packaging must not be opened or removed from protective sleeves. 

Postage & return delivery costs will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that the despatch note, or invoice is returned with your products as proof of purchase.

We will refund the full price you paid for the products excluding any carriage costs within 30 days of receipt of goods via the payment method you used to pay.

If the order came with free shipping, £7.95 will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover the original carriage cost.

We reserve the right to charge a handling/re-stocking fee for certain returns, our team will inform you if this fee applies.

We must be notified by email:  [email protected] of the reason for the return.
