Dear customers and friends of R+R Packaging… 

We would like to share an update regarding our operations during this period of uncertainty. 

• We are currently open and taking orders in the usual way, by telephone, e-mail and on-line. If this situation changes, we will post a new update in the same way as soon as we are aware.  

• Our staff are following the government guidelines with regards to personal hygiene and self-isolation (should the need arise). We have extra measures in place for our local delivery drivers such as disposable gloves and hand sanitiser to be used before and after deliveries. 

• Orders placed on our website are dispatched via the DPD courier network, who are currently still operating and have a new delivery policy in place (see DPD policy below) 

• If you place an order and we have any issues with stock availability we will let you know asap. If your usual items are not in stock, we may have an alternative, please give us a call for advice if this is the case. 

• If you would like to collect an order from our premises, you are still very welcome however we will ask you to sanitise your hands (sanitiser provided) before entering the office and will use disposable gloves and / or sanitisers when handling cash.

DPD New Delivery Process 
With immediate effect, we will no longer ask customers to sign our handheld units and instead our drivers will sign it on their behalf. We will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.
